Trauma-focused therapy for women healing relational wounds, rebuilding trust with themselves, and becoming more rooted in who God created them to be.

You can be the strong one and still need support.

1:1 Therapy for women

You may be the dependable one—the woman who keeps showing up, solving problems, and caring for everyone else. But underneath that strength, you may feel tired, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.

You might understand what happened to you but still feel its effects in your body, relationships, and choices. Therapy gives you space to slow down, understand what you have been carrying, and begin healing with support.

Everything can look fine while something inside you is asking for help.

When strong does not mean okay

Healing is not about becoming someone new.

It is about understanding what shaped you, caring for the parts of you that learned to survive, and rebuilding a relationship with yourself rooted in safety, truth, and self-respect.

Support that looks at your whole story.

One-on-one therapy for women who want support with trauma, identity, boundaries, and relationships. We will move at a pace that feels safe and honest.

A TRAUMA-FOCUSED APPROACH

WORK WITH ME

✓ Anxiety, boundaries, identity, or trouble trusting yourself

✓ Religious trauma, spiritual abuse, or racial trauma

✓ Relationship conflict, betrayal, or patterns that keep repeating

✓ Childhood trauma and painful experiences from the past

Women often come to therapy with…

Learn why your body may feel tense, freeze, shut down, or get ready for danger—even when part of you knows you are safe.

When your body stays on alert

How trauma can show up

Look at what you learned about love, trust, closeness, conflict, and being needed—and how those lessons may still shape your relationships today.

When old patterns follow you into new relationships

Reconnect with your needs, values, boundaries, and choices—the parts of you that may have learned to stay quiet.

When you have lost touch with your own voice

• You notice a trigger before it takes over.
• You feel more steady when emotions rise.
• You set a boundary without explaining it ten times.

Healing may look quieter than you expected.

• You trust what you feel and need.
• You choose relationships that feel safe and mutual.
• You give yourself the care you offer everyone else.

Therapy cannot promise a certain result, but it can give you support, tools, and space to practice a new way.

Small shifts can change how life feels.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

WORK WITH ME

Asking for support does not mean you are weak or broken. It may simply mean you are ready to understand what you have been carrying and begin caring for yourself differently.

If you're tired of the cycle repeating and ready to get to the root, let's go.
